PLENARY

• To judge on the granting or refusal of approval for all processes subject to preventive oversight, in the absence of agreement among judges who are part of the approval session;
• To adjudicate on appeals against decisions of regional or provincial sections in matters of preventive oversight;
• To order inquiries and investigations related to the exercise of preventive oversight;
• To issue the instructions referred to in paragraph c) of number 2 of article 6 of this law, in matters of preventive oversight;
• To impose fines;
• To exercise other attributions determined by law
